Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing cash and bank payments based on approved purchase orders.
- Support the preparation of customer statements (SOA, aging reports, etc.) and provide clarifications when needed.
- Follow up on customer collections.
- Perform account reconciliations (banks, suppliers, customers).
- Assist in preparing travel expense reports when required.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation.
- Process accounting entries (journal vouchers, payment vouchers, receipt vouchers).
Internship Details:
- Duration: 6 months (renewable based on performance).
- Able to join asap.
