Accounting & Logistics Officer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting and Logistics Officer to support our finance and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks and coordinate the procurement, inventory, and delivery of air conditioning components and spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

Post journal entries and manage accounts payable/receivable

Prepare customer invoices and assist with financial reporting

Support audits, reconciliations, and year-end closings

Review purchase orders, vendor invoices, and expenses

Logistics:

Coordinate procurement and shipment of elevator parts

Monitor inventory levels and track deliveries

Liaise with suppliers and ensure timely material delivery

Maintain accurate stock and logistics records

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

2+ years experience in accounting and/or logistics

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

Strong organizational and communication skills
