Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Accounting and financial management:

  • Supervise all routine accounting operations.
  • To ensure the reliability of accounting entries and financial documents.
  • Ensure cash flow monitoring and budget control.

Preparation of year-end financial statements:

  • Prepare, analyze and finalize accounting statements.
  • Ensure compliance with current accounting standards.
  • Collaborating with the auditors for annual audits.

Financial reporting and analysis:

  • Develop financial dashboards for performance monitoring.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on accounting analyses.
  • Participate in the preparation of budget forecasts.

Coordination :

  • Ensure smooth communication with the various internal departments (HR, management, etc.).

Regulatory monitoring:

  • Monitor legal and tax developments impacting accounting.
  • Update processes to ensure compliance with new regulations.
  • Technical skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software (example: SAP, Sage, Pccompta...).
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting and tax standards.
  • Proven expertise in preparing annual financial statements.

Personal qualities:

  • Rigour and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure during accounting closes.
  • Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Higher diploma in accounting, management or finance.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, ideally in a similar position.
