Missions and tasks:

• Managing purchasing accounting and monitoring at-risk suppliers,
• Check supplier accounting documents,
• To handle and resolve disputes,
• Process and record invoices,
• Analyze accounts and reconcile them.
• Classifying and archiving accounting documents,
• Transfer the bundles of documents to the treasury department for payment.
• Receive suppliers and process statements (debts and receivables),
• Monitor the monthly and annual closing of accounts

Profile :

- Education: BTS/Bachelor's degree in management and accounting or equivalent

- Required experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in the field

- Technical accounting training: CMTC level

- Knowledge of the distribution industry is desirable

- Proficiency in computer tools: METI, SAGE and MS Office.

- Mastering the French language

- Sense of organization and responsibility.
