Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and safeguard company assets.
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring all documentation is prepared and accurate.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation of transactions.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities to support strategic business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare all necessary tax filings and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in accounting operations.

- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proven experience in managing accounting teams and overseeing department operations.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
