Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the entire accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.

Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and internal controls.

Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.

Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering growth and efficiency.

Collaborate with senior management on financial planning and business strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, including Odoo System.

Exceptional communication and team collaboration abilities.
