Roles & Responsibilities

A leading company in the construction industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced (Accounting Manager) to join its dynamic finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all daily accounting operations of the company.
Prepare and review periodic and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Analyze financial performance and provide accurate reports to senior management.
Manage internal and external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare and follow up on all tax declarations (income tax, VAT, etc.) and ensure full compliance with tax laws.
Supervise and mentor the accounting team to enhance their capabilities.
Implement and enforce financial systems and policies to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications:
10 to 15 years of progressive experience in accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
A minimum of 10 years of specific experience in the construction industry is mandatory.
Proven and extensive experience in taxation, including preparing tax returns and dealing with tax authorities.
Proficiency in specialized accounting software (mention specific software if applicable, e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
