Accounting Manager

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial processes.

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and safeguard company assets.
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business objectives and strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local financial, tax, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in accounting operations.

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years and up to 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven experience in managing full-cycle accounting operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
