Accounting Manager

Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

Oversee cost accounting processes, including standard costing, variance analysis, and production cost tracking.

Monitor and reconcile inventory accounting, ensuring accuracy in raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and industry-specific reporting requirements.

Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls tailored to manufacturing operations.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide production and supply chain decisions.

Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.

Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
