Accounting Manager

We are looking for an experienced and rigorous ACCOUNTING MANAGER to join our Administrative and Financial Department of HUIR. His responsibility is to supervise all accounting operations and guarantee the reliability of the hospital's financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and the accurate production of financial statements.

Your main missions will be the following:

Accounting management:

• Oversee the accounting and financial activities of the Hospital, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury, fixed assets, inventories, status accounts;
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records, including journal entries, bank reconciliations;
• Ensure compliance with accounting allocations according to the pre-defined charter;
• Ensure the production of monthly, quarterly and annual summary statements and accounting and tax returns;
• Ensure that accounting records are accurate and comply with applicable accounting and tax standards.

Accounting Closures and Tax Requirements:

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations in force;
• Prepare financial reports for internal and external audits;
• Ensure the production of monthly, quarterly and annual summary statements and accounting and tax returns;
• Checking tax declarations and payments (IS, VAT, IR, etc.)

Control and Conformity:

• Ensuring the correct application of accounting procedures and policies;
• Ensure compliance with tax and social laws;
• Collaborate with external auditors to conduct annual audits;
• Coordinate external and internal accounting audits.

Team Management:

• • Define team objectives and evaluate performance;
• Provide technical support and accounting expertise;
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team and ensure the training and skills development of its members.

Process Optimization:

• Participate in the development and implementation of accounting and financial procedures to guarantee the efficiency and accuracy of operations;
• Identify and propose improvements to accounting processes to optimize efficiency;
• To put in place tools and procedures to improve the quality and reliability of financial information.

Reports and Analyses:

• Prepare financial reports and analysis for management;
• Monitor financial performance indicators and propose corrective actions if necessary;
• Produce summary tables, financial reports and financial analyses;
• Implement performance indicators.
