Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the accounting team in performing daily, monthly, and annual accounting tasks. Oversee all financial transactions, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and company policies.
  • Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data; produce financial reports or statements.
  • Manage audits and liaise with external auditors as needed. Develop and implement accounting systems and processes using SAP for improved efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities in coordination with the finance team.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate cost allocation, especially related to medical operations, supplies, and services. br>

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA / CMA qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 -7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong SAP experience is a must.
  • Experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting. Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
