Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions (AP/AR, expenses, invoices)

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes

Reconcile bank statements and company accounts

Monitor and follow up on receivables and payables

Process payments, invoices, and expense reports

Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

Support audits by providing required documentation

Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities

Qualifications

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

1 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.

Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Skills:

Analytical thinking.

Problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Goodspan> knowledge of accounting principles and practices .

span>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).

Experience with accounting systems or ERP is a plus.

Preferred:

Basic knowledge of tax regulations.

Professional certification (or working towards one) is a plus.

Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance.

Ability to handle confidential information.
