Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and coordinate all accounting operations (general, subsidiary, analytical)
- Ensure the reliability and compliance of accounts according to current accounting and tax standards
- Define and enforce the closing schedule
- Ensure the closing of monthly and annual accounts
- Supervise cut-off entries, provisions, accrued expenses, and accrued income
- Analyze accounts and explain discrepancies
- Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations
- Set up and monitor closing files
- Prepare financial statements: balance sheet, income statement, notes to the
financial statements - Produce regular financial reports for the parent company
- Prepare and verify tax returns (VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax, etc.)
- Ensure compliance of returns with current tax regulations
- Manage relations with the tax authorities (Controls, information requests, litigation)
- Ensure tax monitoring and propose necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with statutory auditors and external auditors
- Implement and improve accounting and internal control procedures
- Optimize accounting processes in SAP
- Ensure the reliability of SAP FICO modules
- Optimize closing processes (reduced delays, automation, increased reliability)
- Participate in SAP development projects (version upgrades, deployments, harmonization of practices)
- Comply with current procedures, operating methods, and work instructions
- May be required to participate in other work/tasks at the request of their supervisor.
ACTIVITY AND PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
Activity indicators are defined in the associated processes and procedures; performance objectives are defined and communicated annually. Consistency with the company's overall objectives.
- Develops and maintains dashboards for monitoring activity indicators, in collaboration with management.
- Tracks activity indicators defined in the associated processes and procedures.
- Proposes corrective actions and improvement ideas aimed at optimizing existing processes and tools within the company.
- Actively contributes to the evolution of working methods to increase operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business Administration or Finance
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Comp tences Techniques : Bonne connaissance de l'outil SAP et de Microsoft office.
Comp tences Interpersonnelles : Bonnes comp tences en communication et relation client.
