ATTRIBUTIONS :

• Supervise and coordinate all accounting operations (general, subsidiary, analytical)
• To ensure the reliability and compliance of accounts according to current accounting and tax standards
• To define and enforce the closing schedule
• Ensure the closing of monthly and annual accounts
• Oversee cut-off entries, provisions, accrued expenses, and accrued revenues.
• Analyze the accounts and explain the discrepancies
• Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations
• Set up and monitor closure files
• Prepare the financial statements: balance sheet, income statement, notes to the financial statements
• Produce regular financial reports for the company
• Prepare and check tax returns (VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax, etc.)
• Ensure that tax returns comply with current tax regulations
• Managing relations with the tax authorities (audits, requests for information, disputes)
• To monitor tax regulations and propose necessary adjustments
• Collaborating with external auditors and external auditors
• Establish and improve accounting and internal control procedures
• Optimizing accounting processes in SAP
• Ensuring the reliability of SAP FICO modules
• Optimize closing processes (reduce delays, automate, improve reliability)
• Participate in SAP evolution projects (version upgrades, deployments, harmonization of practices)
• Follow the procedures, operating methods and work instructions in force
• May be required to participate in other work/tasks at the request of their supervisor.

ACTIVITY AND PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

Activity indicators are defined in the associated processes and procedures, performance objectives are defined and communicated annually in line with the company's overall objectives.

• Develops and maintains dashboards for monitoring indicators of its activities, in collaboration with its hierarchy.
• Follows the activity indicators defined in the associated processes and procedures.
• Proposes corrective actions and improvement ideas aimed at optimizing existing processes and tools within the company.
• Actively contributes to the evolution of working methods to increase operational efficiency.
