Roles & Responsibilities

Manage QuickBooks daily (entries, chart of accounts, expenses, invoices).

  • Pull and organize Amazon Seller Central reports (sales, payouts, fees).
  • Calculate COGS for all products.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and Amazon payouts.
  • Maintain inventory records and track stock levels.
  • Record subscription revenue and track Subscribe & Save deductions.
  • Prepare monthly closing (P&L, balance sheet).
  • Prepare year-end files for tax and audit.
  • Keep clean financial documents and support management when needed.
  • Administration of Business Documentation
  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting.
  • 3 5 years experience in accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online (must).
  • Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good English.
  • High Commitment & Team Collaboration
