Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record-keeping across multiple clinic branches.

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and train accounting staff to foster professional growth and maintain high performance standards.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the accounting function.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns and related documentation.
• Support management with financial analysis and insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Demonstrated experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to analyze complex financial information and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
• Experience working in a healthcare or multi-branch environment is an advantage.
