Roles & Responsibilities

On behalf of our client (a major industrial group with significant activities in industry, agri-food, and cosmetics) based in Kinshasa (DRC), we are seeking an Accounting & Tax Manager. Reporting to

the Group Finance Department, the Accounting & Tax Manager will oversee the accounting and taxation for a dedicated scope, ensure regulatory compliance, and guarantee the reliability of financial statements.


Main responsibilities:

- Manage the general and analytical accounting for the scope.

- Supervise accounting closings.

- Ensure tax and accounting compliance (OHADA).

- Coordinate tax returns.

- Supervise the chief accountants and accountants.

- Produce financial reports.



Required profile

: - Higher education in accounting/finance.

- Proven experience in a similar position.

- Mastery of OHADA accounting and taxation.

- Ability to manage teams.

- Rigor, autonomy, and leadership.

- Fluent French required.
