Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and optimizing the accounting team dedicated to the real estate sector (French accounting).
They will ensure data reliability, adherence to deadlines, compliance with accounting standards (PCG), and the quality of reporting provided to the client.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supervise and support a team of 6 accountants.
  • Ensure the complete accounting management of the real estate portfolio: contracts, leases, rents, charges, provisions, fixed assets, depreciation, property taxes, legal acts, acquisitions/disposals.
  • Ensure compliance with French PCG and the reliability of data in the REFX module.
  • Perform balance sheet analysis, account control and internal audits.
  • Manage monthly/annual closings and ensure the quality of reporting.
  • Collaborating with the DAF France teams and internal departments (DAF, CDG, HR, IT).
  • Optimize accounting processes, resolve anomalies and propose continuous improvements.
