Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment to vendors, managing accounts payable efficiently.
  • Perform data entry of financial transactions into accounting software, meticulously maintaining the integrity of financial records.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies, ensuring financial data accuracy and identifying potential issues.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, contributing to the preparation of financial reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in financial principles.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as a Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or similar, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
  • Has 2+ years of proven experience in accounting and data entry, showcasing practical application of skills.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, or similar, streamlining financial processes.
