Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and accounting entries

  2. Process invoices, payments, and expense claims

  3. Prepare and update accounts payable and accounts receivable records

  4. Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts

  5. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities

  6. Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records

  7. Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  2. 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred

  3. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures

  4. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

  5. Strong numerical and analytical skills

  6. Good attention to detail and accuracy
