Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts cum Operations Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and support operational activities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in accounting software, and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts:

· Manage daily accounting entries, invoices, and payments.

· Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and reports.

· Handle accounts payable/receivable and petty cash.

· Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

· Liaise with auditors, vendors, and banks when required.

Operations:

· Coordinate shipment documentation and logistics support.

· Monitor inventory records and update operations reports.

· Assist in order processing, delivery coordination, and vendor management.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

· Provide administrative and clerical support to management.
