Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to accounts and billing promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Provide email support by responding to customer queries, addressing complaints, and offering solutions with accuracy and empathy.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in account statements, payment issues, and billing errors efficiently.
- Process account updates, including changes to contact information, payment methods, and account upgrades or downgrades.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A GCE Ordinary Level (O/L) or Advanced Level (A/L) qualification is preferred.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala or Tamil.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in using email, CRM software, and other relevant computer applications is essential.
