Accounts Executive Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC)

The Accounts Executive ensures accurate and timely financial operations by coordinating interdepartmental documentation, managing month-end closing activities, and preparing key financial reports to support business decision-making.

What you will do: - Description of Accountability: Interdepartmental Coordination Follows up with various teams to obtain intercompany supporting documents. Reviews and accepts these documents in the relevant financial module. Month-End Closing Activities Prepares accrual, adjustment, and other closing entries. Reconciles sales data with BI reports and SAP systems. Claims and Receivables Management Compiles Claims Receivable Aging Reports. Coordinates settlements with brand teams to resolve outstanding claims. Inventory and Stock Reporting Prepares and circulates weekly and month-end stock provision reports. Ensures accuracy and timeliness in inventory reporting. Sales and Margin Analysis Generates sales and gross margin reports. Prepares customer and brand-wise sales summaries for management review.
