Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have practical experience with local accounting standards and be proficient in specialized software. Key Requirements * Education: Relevant degree or certification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Responsibilities * Managing and processing accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Performing bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance. * Preparing financial statements and reports using Tally and SAP. * Accurately calculating, preparing, and submitting VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations. * Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures. * Maintaining organized and up-to-date financial records. Compensation & Details * Location: Dubai, UAE * Salary Range: AED 2,500 – 4,000 (Based on experience and skill set)
Desired Candidate Profile
* Experience: 1-2 years of mandatory, verifiable accounting experience working within Dubai/UAE. * Software Proficiency: Must be highly proficient and experienced in using Tally and SAP for daily accounting and financial reporting. * VAT Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with VAT filing and compliance as per UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) laws.
