Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial statements
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliations
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and KSA tax regulations
- Prepare payroll, expense reports, and supplier payments
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements
- Monitor cash flow and prepare financial reports for management
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 3 years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of VAT regulations in KSA is preferred
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP/QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Willing to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia
