Accounts Executive - Payables Marina Retail Corporation

Job Description:

1. Processing for Bills: (Payables)

· Ensuring timely preparation of cheques for settlements, loans, custom duty and freight invoices.

· Ensuring timely preparation of cheques for sales return, non-trade creditors like advertisement parties and petty cash for various departments.

· Processing of payments for Rental, various utilities like Etisalat, DU, DEWA, all properties etc.

· Preparation of TT (Telegraphic Transfer) payments for vendors.

· Fixed Asset – Purchase order preparation and Asset booking

· Prepaid schedule booking and schedule maintaining

· Processing Bahrain, Qatar monthly payments and coordinating with respective accounting team.

2. Reconciliation:

· Verify the Vendors accounts and reconcile account transactions with the general ledger.

3. MIS:

· Preparation of Creditors age- wise analysis report.

· Preparation of various reports monthly for MIS and forwarding the same to the Finance manager.

· Preparation of reports for marketing expenses.

· Preparation of reports for director’s personal expenses.

Specifications :

- At least 3-5 years of accounting experience in the UAE

- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Accounts

- Preferably from Retail industry, but we are OK to look at other industries as well.

- Must have worked on Dynamics, managing payables, payments and payroll.

- Salary bracket is between 4500 AED – 5000 AED All in per month.
