Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping

  2. Prepare sales, purchase, and expense reports

  3. Monitor supermarket cash flow and bank transactions

  4. Handle supplier invoices, payments, and account reconciliation

  5. Maintain accurate inventory and stock accounting records

  6. Prepare monthly financial statements and reports

  7. Assist with VAT filing and audit documentation

  8. Verify cash collection, POS reports, and daily closing reports

  9. Monitor budgets, expenses, and cost control activities

  10. Ensure all financial records are accurate and updated

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 0–4 years of accounting experience

  • Knowledge of Tally, ERP, and MS Excel

  • Supermarket or retail experience preferred

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Candidates available in UAE preferred

  • Immediate joiners are an advantage
