Achieve or exceed targets for bookings, revenue, and gross margin and to meet forecasts.

Conduct active field visits, demonstrations, and manage sales opportunities.

Identify and develop new Specialized Distributors and new Direct Customers in target vertical markets.

Provide commercial, technical, and application support to distributors and key end users.

Serve as the primary point of contact for direct customers, distributors, and internal teams, addressing all specific inquiries from various stakeholders.

Optimize territory coverage to maximize reach and impact.

Manage day-to-day business in efficient and timely manner.

Monitor and report on business trends, product fit and customer requirements.

Technical Skills / Work Experience

Minimum of 5 years experience and demonstrated success in a commercial role in industrial products.

Personal Skills

Strong team player, adept at collaborating with global cross-functional teams.

Fluent in both spoken and written Arabic preferred and English mandatory.

Skilled in identifying opportunities, asking insightful questions, and understanding customers' needs beyond fixed products and solutions.

Comfortable with extensive travel, up to 75% of the time.

Exemplary written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Highly organized in managing time, territory, and associated administrative functions.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work the necessary hours to effectively fulfill job responsibilities.
