Accounts Manager

Financial Oversight

• Supervise the account team to ensure accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Monitor account performance metrics and profitability, implementing improvements where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Analyzing financial data and providing insights and recommendations to support the company's strategic objectives

Strategic Account Management

• Develop and execute strategies to manage and grow key client accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts, resolving issues proactively.
• Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Monitor inventory accounting, stock movement, and product costing.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor account executives, fostering a high-performance team culture.
• Conduct regular training and performance reviews to enhance team capabilities.
• Align team objectives with the company's overall strategic goals.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with internal departments (Production, Sales, Logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on account performance
