Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and present comprehensive account plans and strategies to meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
- Monitor account performance metrics and financial analyses to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Lead negotiations for contract renewals and new agreements, advocating for the best terms for both client and company.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is essential for a solid foundation.
Proven track record of managing large accounts and achieving significant sales growth in a competitive environment.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Account Manager (CAM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
