Accounts Manager- Marine Samawa Investment L.L.C.

Job Profile: Accounts Manager: Report to the Company Management / Group CFO:

Timely preparation and submission of the company’s budget and cashflow.

Periodical submission of financial reports and ad hoc reports (annual, quarterly MIS along with interpretation of financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.

Co-ordination with Internal and External Auditors and ensuring that audits are completed within due date by providing all required documents & information.

Co-ordination with Group HR, Corporate office, other staff of company for various matters.

Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.

Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

Recording and maintaining all accounting records (Sales/ Purchase, accrual, provisions, payments, receipts and ensuring all records are up to date.

Handling Accounts receivables and Account payables reconciliations and confirmations, payment, collection of all parties within due dates.

Inventory Management.

Managing cash and Bank including Bank facilities.

Managing all employee related matters including payroll.

Ensuring company is covered with all required insurance from time to time.

Compliance with all statutory obligations including Vat, Corporate Taxes etc which includes filing returns within due dates.

Asset register and ensuring physical verification of the same.
