Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate IT hardware and software support across departments
  • Lead and support ERP implementation and system integration
  • Troubleshoot system, software, and user issues
  • Work closely with finance and accounts teams for ERP workflows
  • Support reporting, data migration, and process automation
  • Ensure smooth system performance and user access management
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT infrastructure and ERP support
  • Maintain documentation, backups, and system controls
  • Improve process efficiency through IT-driven solutions


Key Requirements

  • 515 years of experience in manufacturing industry
  • Strong experience in ERP implementation and IT coordination
  • Finance process understanding and accounts support exposure
  • Knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting
  • M.Com / CA Inter with strong IT knowledge preferred
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in packaging or manufacturing industry preferred
