Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with a portfolio of key accounts, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Proactively identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, driving revenue growth and maximizing account value.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve defined business objectives, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, providing insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1 assistant: will be assisting AM with all related duties | salary 5,000 - 6,000

    2 will be independently handling client and reporting directly to business head | salary 7,000
