Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payments to maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Review and verify invoices against purchase orders and receiving documents, identifying and resolving discrepancies proactively.
  • Manage and reconcile vendor statements, addressing outstanding balances and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Prepare and process payments via various methods (checks, ACH, wire transfers), adhering to company policies and banking regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, including invoice filing and data entry, ensuring compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable, showcasing practical application of skills.
  • Exhibits excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with vendors and internal teams.
  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, minimizing errors in financial transactions.
