Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices and payments, mitigating potential financial risks.
  • Manage vendor relationships, resolving complex payment discrepancies and inquiries, fostering strong, collaborative partnerships.
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations, guaranteeing financial statement integrity.
  • Analyze and improve existing AP processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing automation solutions to boost productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a strong foundation for financial understanding.

  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, demonstrating expertise and proven results.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite), streamlining daily tasks and decision-making.

  • Strong understanding of IFRS, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
