Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and monitor customer accounts related to Amazon, Noon, Jumia platforms

  • Record daily sales, returns, commissions, and platform fees accurately
  • Reconcile platform statements with internal accounting records
  • Follow up on collections and ensure timely settlements from e-commerce platforms
  • Prepare periodic reports for customer balances, aging, and revenues
  • Handle discrepancies and coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2-3 years of proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client follow-up.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to resolve account discrepancies.

Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
