Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the full AR cycle from invoicing to collection and reconciliation for assigned entities or regions.
Ensure accuracy of invoices, tax compliance, and proper supporting documentation.
Perform timely cash application and investigate unapplied or unidentified payments.
Review AR aging and take proactive action on overdue accounts.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex billing or payment disputes.
Support monthly and quarterly closing processes, including AR reconciliations and reporting.
Analyze customer accounts and maintain up-to-date credit and payment records.
Ensure that the performance objectives and process deliverables under the contract are fulfilled.
Coordinate and ensure the creation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) for the processes ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness.
Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
Support and mentor AR team members, providing guidance, and training, to ensure team effectiveness and professional development.
Carry out onboarding/offboarding activities for the team members within the customer s system
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and control.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and the Invoice-to-cash cycle.
Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
Strong command of English (B2 Level).
