Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing and collection of outstanding debts.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of customer accounts to maintain accuracy and identify discrepancies promptly.
  • Analyze aging reports to prioritize collection efforts and develop strategies for reducing overdue accounts.
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding payment issues, providing excellent customer service while resolving disputes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in financial principles.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a finance-related role, demonstrating practical expertise.
  • Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle, ensuring efficiency in transaction management.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, enabling accurate data entry and error-free reporting.
