Manage customer receivables and ensure accurate posting of payments.

Record and analyze prompt payment discounts.

Prepare monthly and quarterly accounts receivable and finance reports.

Audit all contra entries and oversee all activities related to the receivables function.

Perform receivable analysis upon management request.

Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with established financial policies and procedures.

Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accurately recorded and properly posted.

Ensure strict adherence to company financial policies and maintain accounts in accordance with GAAP.

Maintain accounts receivable at high standards of efficiency and quality, including monitoring Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), receivables aging, and percentage of unmatched items.

Perform monthly reconciliations between billing, collections, general ledger, and other related functions impacting accounts receivable.

Provide timely reporting on receivables, statements of accounts and aging reports.

Monitor and report any deviations from approved credit standards.
