Roles & Responsibilities

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and report on financial and operational results, market trends, trading activities, and variances to assess the group's overall financial health.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making, including sensitivity analysis and scenario planning.
  • Monitor and forecast the group s financial performance to facilitate proactive planning and decision-making.
  • Provide detailed insights into the profitability of each product and service offered by the group through product profit and loss analysis.
  • Develop statistical & financial benchmarking reports and studies.
  • Analyze market research reports and identify gaps or disparities between the market expectations and the internal projections of the group.
  • Manage the development, maintenance, and implementation of the cost allocation model, including managing the periodic collection of cost data, allocation across entities, and reporting to relevant stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Carry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the company s standards.
  • Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department.
  • Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
  • Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
  • Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

Bachelor Degree in Finance, or similar is required

Experience:

3 + years of experience in financial planning .
