Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor incoming online orders and service requests , Assign confirmed orders to the appropriate service team / location as per instructions
Manage and execute social media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing engagement.
Oversee the creation of engaging content, including posts, graphics, and videos, tailored to target audiences and platform best practices.
Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer inquiries, and feedback, responding promptly and professionally.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, follower growth, and website traffic.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Diploma /Bachelor Degree in digital Marketing, , Bachelor Degree in Accounting, or a related field.
Demonstrates 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management and accounting roles.
Exhibits a strong understanding of social media platforms , Digital marketing strategy,sociam media management & SEO&SEM campaigns
