Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Account Executive to manage the complete financial operations of the company in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The candidate will be responsible for daily bookkeeping, invoicing, VAT handling, banking activities, and maintaining accurate financial records in compliance with Saudi regulations.

Responsibilities: Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting entries Prepare and manage sales invoices and expense records Monitor accounts payable and receivable Manage VAT filing and ensure ZATCA compliance Maintain financial reports and reconciliation statements Handle company banking transactions and follow-ups Track cash flow and operational expenses Coordinate with management regarding financial updates Ensure proper documentation and record keeping Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience in accounting and bookkeeping Knowledge of Saudi VAT and accounting procedures

Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred:

Experience working in Saudi Arabia Knowledge of ZATCA E-invoicing system.

Must English & Arabic communication skills
