Job Description
1. Operational Activity Management and Performance:
Ensure the performance of your activity (S, Q, C, D, M, E) in line with the company's quality and budgetary policy.
Ensure the smooth running of the PDP process and adherence to associated objectives.
Maintain and promote operational management routines (briefings, QRQC, indicators, etc.).
Ensure compliance with applicable rules, standards, and frameworks.
Participate in internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
2. Continuous Improvement Management:
Actively participate in the deployment of the Master Plan.
Lead or contribute to improvement projects (5S, Lean, quality, etc.).
Encourage and value improvement and innovation ideas from the field.
3. Team Management & Skills Development:
Supervise operators and local support staff (quality, methods, supervision, etc.).
Conduct annual reviews, recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and training for your team.
Ensure compliance with internal regulations and promote the group's values.
Maintain a positive work environment and effective local communication.
