Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities
-Monitor Loss ratio while practicing portfolio management across all lines of the division.
-Oversee the assessment and management of insurance risks, ensuring the company maintains a balanced and diversified risk portfolio.
-Evaluate and improve existing products to ensure they remain competitive and meet the needs of the market.
-Lead and contribute to the development of new insurance products.
-Collaborate with underwriting and claims departments to develop and adjust action plans based on loss ratio performance and emerging risk factors.
-Ensure pricing models are accurate, competitive, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
-Oversee the preparation, issuance, and maintenance of general insurance policies, ensuring they comply with regulatory requirements and company standards.
-Lead the implementation of new rates and conditions, ensuring seamless integration into product kits and quotation tools.
-Collaborate with senior management to support strategic decision-making and corporate planning.

Qualifications

Educational Background:
-Bachelor s Degree in Actuarial Sciences, Insurance, or other related fields.
-Master s degree is a plus.
-CII Certificate is a plus.
Experience: More than 7-8 years of experience with similar responsibilities.

Technical skills
Benchmarking Analysis, Loss Ratio monitoring, and Portfolio Management.
English proficiency (oral and written).
Excellent Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Behavioral skills
Problem-Solving, Communication Skills, Analytical Skills, Time Management, and Detailed Oriented.
