Roles & Responsibilities

Admin Accountant

Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Administrative Duties :

Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a well-organized work environment.
Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and correspondence.
Handle employee records and maintain HR documentation.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as required.

Qualifications and Skills :

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, UAE VAT regulations, and statutory compliance.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
