Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses against the budget to identify discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of office supplies and services.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative support and accounts management in a corporate setting.

  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP, and advanced Excel skills.

  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements relevant to the industry.

  • Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and related documentation

  • Maintain daily accounts, petty cash, and basic bookkeeping records

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable tracking

  • Schedule and coordinate staff work assignments and duty rosters

  • Handle client coordination, follow-ups, and service-related communication

  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation

  • Support management with administrative and operational tasks

  • Ensure timely updates of reports and records

  • Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and staff

  • Good knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, Excel, accounting software)

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to multitask and work independently

  • Well-organized and detail-oriented

  • Familiarity with UAE work environment is an advantage
