Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling the logistics of the reception, events, meetings, and social activities as needed
- Making sure that all due bills and invoices are paid on time (utilities, communication, etc.)
- Liaising with the services providers as needed
- Developing, reviewing, and editing any admin documents
- Helping the admin section head in drafting internal admin systems
- Leading and supervising the office boy.
- Handling daily administration works.
- Handling all process for mobile lines for employees
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- BA degree in Administration, or equivalents.
- Very good user of MS Office (Excel).
- 2 to 5 years' experience in the same field.
- High time management, organizational skills & multitasking
- High communication skills
- Punctual and disciplined
- Male
