Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision, ensuring optimal time management.
- Prepare and disseminate meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items, ensuring effective communication and task completion.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, ensuring seamless and efficient travel logistics.
- Assist with the preparation of expense reports and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Provide administrative support for special projects and events, contributing to their successful execution.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion and professionalism.
