Roles & Responsibilities
�Manage Daily Office Operations, Filings, and Document Control �Handle main company email, download & share corresponding emails for engineers, accountant, human resource, executives, etc. �Study RFP & prepare quotation for design projects. �Review and report the design project contracts for discrepancies. �Prepare quote for construction materials �Handle calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally. �Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams. �Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
�Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. �1–3 years of administrative or office support experience. �Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). �Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. �Experience in UAE office environments is an advantage. �Professional, detail‑oriented, and reliable.
