Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Coordinate logistics for client meetings, trainings, and local events. Ensure timely delivery of sales materials and maintain organized documentation.
  • Marketing Assistance: Translate and adapt marketing content (Arabic English), liaise with local vendors for promotional materials, and support internal and external marketing activities.
  • Office Coordination: Manage daily office operations including supplies, utilities, and vendor relations. Handle travel bookings, expense submissions, and basic financial tracking.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with insurance processes, government documentation, and visa arrangements for visitors. Ensure smooth communication between local and regional teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

What skills we are looing for:

  • 2+ years in sales support, marketing, or office admin
  • Strong communication in Arabic & English
  • Excellent coordination and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, MS Office
  • openess to occasional travels
